Warranty Policy
Coverage:
Most new airsoft guns sold by Second Shot Airsoft come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturer defects (e.g., internal component failure, faulty wiring, non-functioning triggers or gearboxes)
- Defective parts or materials upon arrival
- Items that fail under normal, intended use
What’s Not Covered:
- User damage or misuse (e.g., dropping the item, improper disassembly, using incorrect BBs or batteries)
- Normal wear and tear
- Modification or upgrades performed after delivery
- External cosmetic damage caused after delivery
- Used or refurbished items (unless otherwise noted)
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact us at secondshotairsoft@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
- We’ll guide you through the troubleshooting process or issue a return authorization if necessary.
- If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange an item:
Return Window:
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
- Item must be in new, unused condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- A 10–15% restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
How to Start a Return:
Email us at Secondshotairsoft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or modified products
- Custom or special-order items
- Batteries, BBs, gas, or lubricants
- Clearance or final-sale products
Shipping Damage or Wrong Item?
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
